Testimonials I am pleased to be able to write a letter on behalf of Tracy and Aaron and their Adult Family Home, Oasis Elder Care. I have been the hospice nurse for several clients at the home before Tracy and Aaron assumed ownership and now during their tenure as owners of the facility. My clients were on hospice service and all but one of them has been discharged from hospice. I attribute this to the Kondracki's excellent care and attention to the well-being of all of their clients. My patients have completely turned around and are thriving under their care. Tracy has a large fund of medical knowledge as a nurse and she understands geriatric care. She has a deep connection with the clients and understands their needs. My patients had been pretty much immobile previously, despite requests from myself and family members to mobilize them and encourage interactivity between clients. From day one Tracy and Aaron have had all the clients up and dressed and enjoying each other's company. Tracy and Aaron cook up fresh and appealing meals which are shared all together at the table. The house is warm and inviting and the atmosphere is family oriented. They are both wonderfully compassionate and warm people and excellent caregivers. I would unreservedly recommend their Adult Family Home. I would call them if any of my family members were in need of extended care.

Finding the right adult care home for your loved one is a real challenge. I checked out several places and talked to a lot of care givers before choosing Oasis ElderCare. The living quarters are very clean and comfortable. The home and the surroundings are beautiful and set in rural Snohomish – very quiet and peaceful. The residents get excellent care! The care givers are the best. My little Mama is very happy living there – as are all of the residents. Check it out,, you will be glad you did.
