About Oasis ElderCare Hi, my name is Tracy Kondracki. I’m an RN and have been working with elders in a rehab setting for 3 years. I’ve been a nurse for 15 years and have also worked in medical surgical hospital settings and labor and delivery. My husband, Aaron, works with me in our home; he’s a nurse’s aide. We have a four year old daughter, Kiwi, who enjoys providing entertainment and spontaneity. We live on site and have family meals with our elders and serve organic food with a moderate to low glycemic index. I love to read and research and continue my education. I’m always interested in integrating traditional and alternative medicine practices with a special focus on nutrition.
